Flame-cuttings

We produce dimensioned sheets flame-cut according to drawings, with a cut thickness of up to 1,400 mm, 7,300 mm width, 20,000 mm length and an individual weight of up to 60 tonnes, inclusive of robot-cut chamfers and cones. CNC technology guarantees precise production, even for the manufacture of individual parts.

The flame-cutting robot system allows cutting to take place on several levels and inclined cuts with a cutting depth of up to 600 mm. Due to the exact burner control, corner transitions and chamfers with a continuous change of angles in a top cut and undercut version are possible without any subsequent machining.

On request we, as the manufacturer, provide factory certificates 2.2 or acceptance certificates 3.1 according to DIN EN 10204. Our business activities also comprise the acceptance inspection of materials according to the directives issued by the classification bodies, and the US inspection according to DIN EN 10160 is also included in our range of services.
