For us large-scale mechanics means: highest performance and best quality. For large-scale mechanical projects our customers can select from our entire service portfolio, from construction to delivery of the ready-for-assembly components made of steel, copper, cast iron, non-ferrous and light metals. And this also applies to single parts as well as for mass production.

CNC milling and drilling

In our sites in Essen, Wetter and Poland we machine work pieces with length up to 16,000 mm and a weight up to 40 t per piece using different processes until we can deliver them as suitable components for all imaginable requirements.

State-of-the-art machinery

State-of-the-art machinery for turning, milling and drilling makes us a competent partner when it comes to machining work pieces.

We mill contures, spindle, groove, cut and form threads, bring in deep hole drillings and carry out 3D-5-axle simultaneous milling work.

 

Data Transfer

Principally, a drawing is all we need to implement our customers‘ requirements. It is even easier, if software-based DXF or DWG files are at our disposal. Data from programmes such as CATIA and ProEngineer can be imported into our CN controlled machines and converted into digital working plans.

Documented Quality

Our experienced personnel and our certified quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 ensure a consistently high level of quality of our products and services. On request, our Quality Department can provide test protocols for the supplied components.

Turning:Turning with vertical turret lathes:Milling and drilling:
We turn work pieces with a length of up to 14,000 mm, weighing up to 30 tons. We are able to machine hollow parts with a length of up to 7,000 mm from the inside. Our services range from pre- and finish turning to long turning up to outside/case machining including grinding, drilling and milling.With our CNC vertical turret lathes and special “round drilling tables” we are able to carry out the pre-turning and finish-turning of work pieces with diameters of up to 3,000 mm and a weight of up to 20 tons.With our CNC machines we are able to carry out the pre-milling and finish-milling as well as the Drilling of work pieces with a length of up to 16,000 mm and a weight of upto 40 tons.
