DIN EN ISO 9001:2008

We take the certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 as a matter of course. In times of globalization and increasing competition, this internationally recognized standard is a reliable indicator regarding our competence for our customers across the world and, at the same time, is proof of our quality ability through the permanent monitoring and optimization of our working steps and production processes. Thus, all our business units are certified in accordance with this standard.

Our dynamic management system enables us to adjust our products and services to our customers‘ quality requirements and needs. All processes are supported by an electronic document management system including digital archiving. Any relevant documents such as drawings, certificates, orders or minutes are filed there and immediately available in case of queries or repeat orders.

We give our customers everything in writing.

Of course, we have all the required permission and approvals for our entire product and service portfolio at our disposal. As a manufacturer of forged parts, certifications of all renowned classification societies such as GL, DNV, LRS, RINA, ABS, BV, DRGL and AD 2000 are available. As a producer of massive steel constructions, we also have a manufacturer’s qualification according to DIN 18800-7:2002-09, category E (for welding) as well as DIN EN ISO 3834-2 at our disposal. As a manufacturer of large-scale moulded parts, you can order these as well as our sheet metal. On request, you can also have plant certification 2.2 or acceptance test certificate 3.3 according to DIN EN 10204 as well as CE stamps.

We are never afraid of being tested.

In cooperation with our customers, we are further developing our production possibilities and quality standards on a permanent basis. Due to an approval enabling us to deliver forged parts to the railroad industry as well as to ships and submarines of the German military (Bundeswehr), we have qualified for two particularly challenging fields. These approvals were obtained in an examination procedure lasting over several years and are representative examples of the high quality level we have devoted ourselves to.
