Full Description:

These lower chords are installed in hydraulic excavators. They connect the structure with the crawler construction. Hydraulic excavators of this type can lift over 100 tons of material with one bucket movement.

The special feature of this part is in the complex geometry of the component. Every lower chord was burned in two stages. First the two-dimensional burning of the contour was implemented, then the three-dimensional bevels were attached. In the next stage, the material was heat-treated, shot-blasted and accepted in our own testing laboratory.

As a result of our wide-ranging product and service spectrum, from the burning, through the heat treatment extending to the steel shot-blasting, the order could be implemented from a single source to the fullest satisfaction of the customer.
