Reference Plate Bending Roller

These offset shafts are employed in large 3-roll or 4-roll plate bending machines. With the rollers, plates are shaped to pipes or ellipses up to a wall-thickness of more than 300 mm.

A plate bending roller is usually generated by a great number suppliers in individual manufacturing stages. With our extensive manufacturing possibilities, we could reduce the number of suppliers to one. The product is forged, heat-treated, proved, pre-machined and finish machined from a single source. After the roughing through a partner company regularly certified by ourselves, the working area of the shaft was hardened. The final finishing is again implemented in our own premises.

The customer then implements the installation in his own works and has a fixed point of contact for all requirements.
