Full Description:

This bearing housing was produced for a roll mill in the cement industry. Very high quality requirements were placed on the material, which could be fulfilled by forged initial material.

First a plate was forged in one of our forge works. After the preliminary burning of the burning part contour with corresponding additives, the burning part was heat-treated in our own premises, shot-blasted and processed mechanically. All required tests and acceptances were implemented in our own testing laboratory.

As a result of our wide-ranging service program, we could offer everything to our customer from a single source.
