Full Description:

During the forging process, a working load is generated which must be supported by the main members. For this, tie rods are employed which anchor the forging press into the ground and transfer the forces. The thickness and length of the anchors is directly dependent on the force to be transferred.

The special feature of this order lies in the extremely long bars with very small diameter, so that they can be bent easily.

Also, as a result of the production possibilities coordinated optimally with each other, among other things a 13 m furnace for the heat treatment, as well as corresponding machines for the forging and for the finishing, the order can be implemented to the fullest satisfaction of the customer.
