Full Description:

This rotor hub is employed in a system for the desulfurization of a power station.

The special feature of this order is in the very complex component geometry. The offset shafts were finished completely in-house. This included the turning, milling and drilling, as well as deep hole drilling according to customer drawing. In particular, the socket conical shape represented a challenge for the mechanics.

As a result of our wide-ranging product and service spectrum, from forging, through heat treatment, extending to the complete mechanical processing, the order could be implemented from a single source to the fullest satisfaction of the customer.
