Full Description:

The milling cutter head is part of a machine for the processing of the surfaces of non-ferrous metal bars (non-ferrous metals). Large cutting dies are attached in the pockets, with which the bars are then shaped before further processing.

The special feature of this order is in the very complex mechanical processing in several stages. The special fitting was finished completely in-house. This includes the pre-machining and finish-machining, as well as the boring according to customer drawing.

As a result of our wide-ranging product and service spectrum, from the burning, through the heat treatment, extending to the complete mechanical processing, the order could be implemented from a single source to the fullest satisfaction of the customer.
