Reference Transport Rollers

The transport rollers are employed in the largest mining areas in the world. A conveyor belt is supported over the rollers on which different materials are transported.

With this order, 58 lateral dividing plates were manufactured by ourselves for a total of 29 transport rollers. The special fittings were finished completely in-house. This included the pre-machining and finish-machining, as well as drilling according to customer drawing. All required tests and acceptances were also implemented in our own testing laboratory. After the finishing, the component parts were supplied to a cooperation company which welded them to a roller, together with plates bent to pipes.

As a result of our wide-ranging product and service spectrum, from burning, through heat treatment, extending to the complete mechanical processing, the order could be implemented from a single source to the fullest satisfaction of the customer.
