Full Description:

The valve manifolds manufactured by ourselves are employed in hydraulics. There the control blocks form the heart of the hydraulic control.  For this, they are provided with a great number of bores through which hydraulic oil is routed with the aid of valves. Thus a great number of operations can be controlled within the tightest space. The risk of leakage is significantly reduced by a consistent displacement of sealing points in the control blocks.

A special feature of Schaewen products is the special building steel HYT 60®, which was specially developed by ourselves for valve and hydraulic constructions. This forged steel meets the highest requirements through its dense grain structure, even with high operating pressures. The especially favorable chip cuttings break enables an unmanned processing. In addition, HYT 60® is characterized by the highest level of homogeneity and oil sealing.

We manufacture control blocks both forged raw as well as preprocessed. The inserting of the bores is associated with very special know-how, and for this reason most of our customers favor the implementation of this work themselves. However, since we also manufacture blocks up to a raw weight of more than 16 tons, we help out at this point with our large-scale mechanics.
