Full Description:

The machine is employed in separation technology and sorts ore from other component parts.

Usually such a machine is generated by a great number suppliers in individual manufacturing stages. With our extensive manufacturing possibilities, we could reduce the number of suppliers to one. The machine consists of many component parts, however, the determining factor is the two thick forged plates. The plates, with a item weight of 22 tons, were forged and then burned in our own premises. In this case, slots with a width of only a few millimeters were to be burned into the material 440 mm thick. Then the heat treatment, the pre-machining and finish-machining, as well as the steel shot-blasting and priming were implemented. Also all further components were produced completely in our own premises and additionally coated according to customer specifications.

As a rule, a project is ended for us at this point. In this case, however, we took over both the installation and the packaging for the customer. The latter had got a finished machine delivered to the construction site, which only had to be equipped with electronics and hydraulics.
